What is Holistic Health Coaching?
I will guide you in making small and manageable changes in your diet and lifestyle, that produce huge and lasting results for your health and wellbeing.
We won’t count calories, fat or carbs, and there is no list of forbidden foods. I will work with you to create a happier, healthier and more balanced life, without using deprivation or willpower.
My food philosophy is: No one diet works for everyone. Together, we will find the food and lifestyle choices that best support your nutritional needs, suit your tastes, and works within your time constraints. I look at your age, health, activity level, blood type and personal preferences to determine your dietary needs.
We will look at important areas of your life, such as: personal relationships, career, physical exercise, spirituality and stress, and how they impact your health. When these “primary food” issues come into balance, your health will soar!
Your daily diet and lifestyle choices affect everything. As these gradually change, your body changes and your happiness improves. Imagine what your life would be like if you felt vibrant and energetic every day!
